Client was utilizing an ineffective method to communicate ongoing project progress to stakeholders. In spite of their efforts to communicate project progress the client found that they still had to invest too much additional time and effort into stakeholder management, which not only added cost and reduced margin, but made their client’s experience of the project process less positive than it needed to be.
Solution
Anant proposed a technology solution which enabled the client to make a simpler and more visual timeline presentation, resulting in a much greater knowledge transfer to their clients, and significantly reduced the time and effort required to keep stakeholders engaged and supportive during the project lifecycle. This in turn also resulted in their clients reporting a much higher level of satisfaction
