Anant’s offerings are broken into two general categories; Digital Services and Professional Services.
Our digital services are delivered in one of two ways. The first is through “Subscriptions” while the second is through “Solutions”. You might also hear talk about a third method a “Product Catalogue.” This reflects a new initiative at Anant to provide more modular services to clients which can be chosen as though they are browsing a old-fashioned catalogue. Of course, we are a tech services company, so we are working hard to make the catalog so much more!
Subscriptions are made up three different parts
With a subscription, the client signs a contract to pay a monthly sum, and Anant delivers based on the contract terms while working with the client to prioritize what needs to be executed.
Our digital solutions are delivered through the processes described by the Modern Enterprise book. They consist of the following main top level processes.
In this type of engagement Anant puts forth skilled professionals who advise and help clients resolve and overcome their technical challenges with specific technologies such as Sitecore or DataStax Cassandra. These engagements can be short or long-term in nature.
Anant’s professional services will sometimes take the form of conventional consulting. This work might be as simple as compiling a report, assessment, or tool comparison for a client. It might be more complex and include a “kickstart” or staffing solutions. During “kickstarts” we will provide staff for a client who will train the customer team “kickstarting” their data pipeline or platform transformation.
